Edit to original post: After being reached out to by the connecteam support staff and submitting further details I am thoroughly impressed at their devotion to their app and correcting any flaws. It is rare to see devs putting this much into anything these days and I humbly adjust my previous rating. Sends multiple notifications when sent a single shift. Likely due to switching phones and logging in, which suggests that it's a back end problem on the connecteam side.

Excellent software to manage service tickets, very useful on employee onboarding and task execution support through its documents section, courses, and tasks, to mention a few of its capabilities. Connecteam is a solid but simple (and more affordable) alternative to other heavy market players.

Connecteam is super easy to use and actually makes managing teams feel simple instead of chaotic. It saves time, keeps everyone on the same page, and just works without the usual headaches.

Awesome app! It makes clocking in/out, scheduling, and payroll so much easier. Employees can communicate, swap or cover shifts (with/out approval), and so much more!

Connecteam is a practical and intuitive platform for managing team communication, particularly useful in fast-paced clinical environments. Two improvements would enhance usability further. A dark mode would reduce eye strain during extended use, especially in low-light settings. Additionally, the abilithe ability to print a full monthly roster view would be very helpful for quick reference and offline access. Overall, it is a reliable and well-designed tool with minor usability gaps.

Great application. Only issue I've raised is the functionality, it makes no sense in certain areas, for example the clock in areas. On your main screen include your location map with the clock in button like just eat, plus should have time limits etc.

1 impossible to use the live camera to take multiple photos if there is no network available, because the app needs to send each photo immediately after it has been taken. The app should provide a way to take multiple photos in succession, and to defer the upload of the set until the network is available 2 no autofill for the forms 3 inability to delete chat messages Update: @everyone currently not working and Support ask for a stupid screen recording 😡

Great app, excellent interface, definite improvement over our company's previous timeclock/tracking software. why 3 stars? because we, like many others using this software, are in the security industry and my phone going off 3 times between 315am and 325am means there's a problem somewherethat needs immediate attention. That's the nature of our industry... Nope, it was marketing emails from Connecteam. Harsh response? you betcha, but that's how much an automated blunder pissed me off

recently started to use this app as It looked amazing on an advert and it's free. I do use another company that does what I need except this app clocks you out when leaving a job ,if you for get. however the app is only useful for staff for them to clock in or out. the app is not user friendly at all. everything has to be done on a computer. navigating around the site on the computer is proving difficult too. asking the AI bot how to do something and nothing suggested helpt.

For some asinine reason, they removed the confirm option when clocking out. This has led to multiple times where I have been trying to come back from meal break, accidentally hit the "end shift" button, and I was clocked out without my express permission or any way to stop it. And I have to explain to my supervisor (who is a salaried employee, and thus uses a different clock-in system) why there is a discrepancy in my shift that day.

Today, September 21st, the app couldn’t clock me out at all between 5:00 and 5:30. It just kept loading nonstop. Maybe they were doing some backend updates, but could they please avoid doing any maintenance during morning clock‑in or evening clock‑out times? It affects me directly! And the company won’t acknowledge it. I lost half an hour of wages just because the app failed to load and wouldn’t let me clock out normally.
