How we review Connecteam

What this site is
Connecteam Reviews is an independent review aggregator. We are not Connecteam and we don't work for them. Our goal is simple: collect what real users say about Connecteam across the platforms where they post it, then organize it so you can make an informed decision in a few minutes instead of an afternoon.
Where the reviews come from
We aggregated 114 published reviews across 6 platforms. We did not write, edit, or solicit any of them. Every review is the words of a real Connecteam user, quoted from its original source:
- Capterra· Connecteam's largest pool of written reviews, mostly from small-business owners and managers.
- G2· Detailed reviews from business users, most at companies of 50 or fewer employees.
- Trustpilot· Short reviews from business owners; most recent ones came through a link Connecteam shares.
- App Store· Mostly star-only ratings; the written reviews come from employees and managers using the app daily.
- Google Play· Android ratings; the written reviews come mostly from employees who clock in on the app.
- Reddit· Unfiltered comments from owners and employees in r/smallbusiness and other communities.
Connecteam averages 4.8 across 100,000+ ratings on five platforms. The reviews on this site are a hand-picked snapshot of that corpus, chosen to reflect its recurring themes, critical reviews included.
How we score and tag
Each review is tagged by sentiment (positive, mixed, or critical) and by audience (owners & managers or employees), so you can filter to the perspective that matches you. The verdict score on the homepage is the count-weighted average of the platforms' own public ratings, using the counts listed above. Our snapshot skews toward written and critical reviews on purpose, so its plain average (3.5/5) can run lower than the platform-wide figure. Neither number is made up, and neither is weighted to flatter the product.
The sentiment bars on the homepage are GetApp's published sub-ratings for Connecteam, shown out of 10 (ease of use 4.6, value for money 4.5, features 4.5, customer support 4.6 out of 5, checked September 30, 2026); GetApp shares Capterra's review pool. Most written reviews of Connecteam were requested by the company: 89 of the 100 Capterra reviews we pulled carry an incentive label, and G2 marks 269 of the 292 we pulled as incentivized. On Trustpilot, 93 of the 99 recent reviews we pulled came through a review link Connecteam shares, although Trustpilot labels them unprompted. App Store star taps make up most of the platform count, and the written App Store reviews we quote are far more critical than that average.
Review lists open sorted by "Most relevant": detailed, recent reviews that describe what Connecteam did for the writer come first, drawn from a mix of platforms, and the critical ones come after. Switch the sort to Newest, Highest rating, or Lowest rating, or filter to Critical, to read them in another order. The order never changes the averages above, which count every review we show.
Why we publish critical reviews
A review site that only shows praise isn't a review site. We include the negative reviews on purpose: the billing complaints, the support frustrations, the edge-case bugs, all verbatim and unedited. Balance is the entire point. It's what lets you trust the positive reviews too.
Affiliate disclosure
We earn a commission if you sign up for Connecteam through links on this site, at no extra cost to you. This is how we fund the work. It does not influence which reviews we show, how we tag them, or the score we report. The data is the data whether or not you click a link.
Keeping it current
Products and sentiment change. We refresh the review set on a regular basis and re-check facts like pricing and features, and we stamp every page with a “last updated” date so you know how fresh the analysis is. This page was last updated November 1, 2026.
